HAPI: A tool for monitoring and prospective analysis of
operational efficiency in international projects for the development,
organization and capacity building of water and sanitation management
utilities.

HAPI integrates a dynamic dashboard based on the
critical KPI drivers for a specific project. It is easily adapted to
different realities and allows the KPIs monitoring, as well as other
specific indicators defined by the Financing Entities or the Client.
This tool incorporates a prospective module associated with a risk
analysis to assess deviations from original targets, which allows the
establishment of future scenarios for KPIs evolution. This tool supports
the decision-making process through an early identification of
problems, allowing the timely implementation of corrective measures.
