Collaboration Agreement Signed at the 10th World Water Forum in Bali
During the 10th World Water Forum,
in Bali, a significant event organized by the Indonesian Minister of Public
Works, Basuki Hadimuljono, titled "Lessons Learned on Drinking Water
Services from Portugal," resulted in the signing of an important
Collaboration Agreement.
This agreement was signed between
the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works, Įguas de Portugal Internacional (AdP
Internacional), the World Bank, and PERPAMSI (Indonesian Water Supply
Association). The signed document reflects the commitment of these entities to
collaborate in identifying the political, institutional, and regulatory needs
necessary for transforming the water and sanitation sector in Indonesia.
Under this agreement, AdP
Internacional will provide the necessary technical support to ensure the
improvement of water and sanitation services in Indonesia.
The event and the subsequent
signing of the agreement highlight the importance of international partnerships
in the search for sustainable and efficient solutions to global challenges in
the water sector.
