Following AdP Internacional's participation in the World Water Forum in Bali, where a “Collaboration Agreement” was signed with the Government of Indonesia, a Consulting Services Contract was signed for the Institutional Transformation of Water Supply in Indonesia.

The document took into account the strategy called "Towards a 2045 Indonesia Emas," approved by the Government of Indonesia. This strategy primarily considers access to safe water supply as a fundamental necessity for communities. Additionally, the plan emphasizes that water significantly influences community well-being, both in quantity and quality, improving public health and boosting community productivity.
